Tasting Notes: After settling in the family barn belonging to his great-uncle, a farmer, Jérôme François created Uncle Charles' barn. The estate was thus born in early 2014 in Ostheim. The dark color suggests a maceration period, as does the rather aromatic nose: the wine shows aromas of tropical fruits, white flowers, hay and honey. On the palate it is intense at first, but then becomes fresh and playful. The finish is long and carries notes of tropical fruit, as well as a salty minerality.
