Tasting Notes: This is a Sauvignon Blanc with notes of ripe fruits, nuts and spices, with some herbaceous undertones. Intense on the palate, but with good freshness for balance. Vinified by Mathieu Coste for the Vins & Volailles company, founded by Parisian wine saleswoman Fleur Godart, as part of a series of wines to take a stance against sexism, racism and homophobia called "Les Cuvées Militantes".
