Tasting Notes: This exclusive wine was made from Chitistvala grapes, an ancient and rare Georgian white grape variety, and has been macerated in qvevri with skin contact for six months. The SB (Specially Bottled) line represents a limited, hand-picked selection of the oenologist's best vintages. Each bottle can be identified by its unique number and is released only after the Kakha Tchotiashvili has signed them. Tasting notes: The wine has honey color, summer fruit notes of sweet cherry and soft tannins with long-lasting flavor.
