Tasting Notes: An impeccable onion skin color given by the perfect maceration, presents us a compact wine, delicately dense with extract. To the nose immediately the enameled notes, rich in morello cherry under spirit, are only the first encounter with an extremely variable and complex olfactory profile, able to keep us concentrated in the glass. Crisp notes of smoked bacon, onion under ashes, spices, turmeric and fresh cold cuts appear. beautiful the balanced tannic component on which to play with a gastronomic combination, but perfect to enjoy even just for the extreme cleanliness that leaves in the mouth. Intense nose with emerging aromas of thyme, lavender, oregano and ginger.Herbal and vegetal notes in the palate, with an intensive expression of bergamot and kumquat along with resin and thyme.
