Radiant bunches as small "punches", from which the name derives, grains of an intense violet, only three four bunches per plant that give very low yields. Very few bottles, a lot of effort.This Pugnitello is vinified with a maceration of 2 days on the skins before the beginning of fermentation which is carried out spontaneously and then with another maceration of 20 days after fermentation.
