Tasting Notes: Palhete describes in Portuguese the classic combination of white and red wine grapes. A blend ratio of 70/30 has resulted in an unusual, immensely exciting and stimulating wine. Vinified in the amphora, it shows bacony and smoky aromas paired with fresh flowers and red berries. In addition, a taut acidity, fine tannin and an endless finish.
