Tasting Notes: As Vincent Alexis says, it is "fresh and lively"! This Coup d'Vîme is very aromatic, very fruity, light and full at the same time. Beautiful balance. Surprising notes of passion fruit and fresh nuts on the finish. Part of the Sémillon is vinified in carbonic maceration, another part in direct pressing and then matured in vats, the Chardonnay is matured in tuns.
