Subregion: Beaujolais Villages
Aging in wood: Yes
Soil: Clay, Sand, Calcaire Limoneux
Added S02: Yes
Tasting Notes: Although bojo can be all fresh fruits and candy, this is a serious cold-weather beaujolais. Think dark and vibrant, crunchy cranberries, dried herbs and pressed flowers and an almost negroni like savoury spice (you heard us) that keeps us coming back for more. Can be chilled, but also can stand up to your stews, roasts and chilly nights. Lip smackingly delicious.
