Tasting Notes: Delicately bitter from wild rocket, piquant acidity painstakingly worked out from the hot Pannonian plains. Old vines rooted deep into the earth in search of nourishment. The wine is aged to perfection in barrels of 1200 to 1500 liters. And this is noticeable in the wine. Powerful, dark and mysterious on the nose until the finish.
