Tasting Notes: The color is pale and transparent. From the glass emerge notes of elderflower, quince, freshly cut hay and a touch of wet stone in the background. On the palate it’s light-bodied and mineral, a fresh acidity tickles the tongue. A slight bitterness appears on the surprisingly long finish.
