Tasting Notes: Somewhere between a red and an orange, this is a maceration of the Pinot Gris grape. It smells of sour cherries, with smokey undertones. In the mouth, it has smooth tannins, a good acidity and a bit of warmth from the alcohol. In the end there is a touch of bitterness, which leads into the long, fruity and tangy finish.
