Tasting Notes: 0,5 L. This bold wine was made from Pinot Noir grapes harvested at night, when the berries were still hard, in the first harvest in August 2017, (the same ones that generated the pied-de-cuve for Cuna's fermentation) and fermented in 225 stainless steel barrels. It underwent malolactic fermentation in barrel the following year and was bottled in spring 2020. The grapes are harvested at 95% ripeness for strong acidity. An edgy wine, very clean and with an extremely important acidic shoulder that suggests a long life ahead. Federico must have thought about this as well because he confesses to keep it in his cellar "because my idea is that this wine should be long lasting even through the years". Putting one of these bottles in the cellar and forgetting about it can be a sacrifice but the result should widely repay it!
