Tasting Notes: The must macerate in open wooden vats where it remains in contact with the skins for 7 days. The wine is aged for 30 months in oak barrels and three months in steel vats, then it is bottled unfiltered. Ripe exotic fruits and candied citrus. On the palate it has a mineral and salty hue, it is fresh, with noticeable but not overpowering tannins. Dark amber color, ripe exotic fruit but also candied citrus. Savory and mineral, pleasant drink.
