Tasting Notes: At first, a slight smell of chalk and ink marker, which gives way to notes of apples, pears, caramel, freshly chopped herbs and lemon. On the palate it's super mineral, fresh and with good length. We recommend to speed up the aeration process by decanting or giving it a good shake before pouring!
