Tasting Notes: juicy, intense, spicy, elegant Cabernet Franc. It has an obvious intense cassis nose, also cherry, fresh hay and a light barnyard scent. The little fizz on the tip of the tongue presents this lively, complex wine. Tiny smoky notes and an amazing stony minerality rounding up in an umami experience. One sip leads to another.
