Tasting Notes: After settling in the family barn belonging to his great-uncle, a farmer, Jérôme François created Uncle Charles' barn. The estate was thus born in early 2014 in Ostheim. This white has complex aromas of green apple, herbs, citrus fruits and wet stone. On the palate it's creamy yet fresh, with a zesty acidity and a slightly salty long finish.
