Tasting Notes: A rare, aged dry white from Alsace. The lush Gewürztraminer and the dry Riesling keep each other in perfect balance. Notes of bruised apples and orange peels, with white flowers and honey. On the palate it is fresh, with a well-balanced acidity. A small hint of oxidation doesn't reduce the immense pleasure this wine brings.
