Tasting Notes: A rare, aged dry white from Alsace, made from Riesling and Pinot Gris. Some oxidative notes but plenty of freshness. Walnuts, dried peach and pineapple mingle with lemon, petrol and wet stone. On the palate there is a good acidity that does not overpower, salty mineral notes and a long finish.
