Tasting Notes: This Pet Nat is a special wine from Matic. Aged for 22 days on the skins in a clay Amfora before being bottled. No S02 has been added at all during the winemaking nor bottling process. This wine is a fresh, dry sparkler that will reward the adventurous drinkers. Herby notes, a bit of earth, higher acid, tons of flavor. It’s good… real good.
