Tasting Notes: Dominique Andiran, the master of oxidation, has come up with something special here. "Oxidation par soleil" the wine is aged for 18 months in front of the house in a colorless glass amphora. Hence the intense, almost brownish, dark yellow and this seductive aroma of roasted nuts. Imagine a dry but round and soft sherry.
