Tasting Notes: One quarter with maceration, fermentation with the vineyard's own yeasts, ageing and maturation for 12 months on the fine lees. the wine has mineral tones,grassy, straw-like, but also creamy. Also slightly floral and of course the bright fruits, pear, apple, and such a beautiful expanse.
