Tasting Notes: On the nose, this Pinot Noir is very open and intense with notes of wild strawberries, cherries, violets and some red pepper. The nose is elegant and finely structured with aromas of roses, violets, raspberries, various wild berries and a pleasant spiciness on the finish. Goes very well with duck à l'orange or butternut from the oven.
