Tasting Notes: La Favorita is an old native vine of Langa and Roero, which is well suited to poor soils, typically sandy. The DNA of the grape vine is the same as that of Vermentino from Sardinia and Liguria, which is why it is thought that the grape has a common origin and was spread thanks to the Savoy family. Straw yellow wine, the bouquet is fruity and floral: hay, fresh flowers and banana; on the palate it is fresh and soft, with good balance. Try it as an aperitif, this is an easy drinking delicious wine.
