Tasting Notes: The "Terranatura" from the 2015 vintage of the Stemberger winery is made from Teran grapes cultivated at 350 meters above sea level on soils characterized by typical red soils. After pressing, fermentation took place in open vats, followed by maturation in wood for at least 2 years. A fresh and mineral red wine which expresses all the potential of Teran grapes. Intense ruby red with purple reflections. The nose has hints of berries followed by hints of roasting and leather. In the mouth it opens with acidity and lively tannins, then it relaxes with more balance and body, closing on mineral traces.
