Tasting Notes: Uni6 – pronounced unisex in German- is a rosé cuvée of Blaufränkisch (80%) and Sankt Laurent. It has a slight fizz and a wild scent at first, let the wine open up if you don’t like these features. After a while it reveals its fresh and mineral profile, with beautiful red currant, pomegranate and blood orange aromas.
