Tasting Notes: Elegant yeast notes, with creamy brioche taste. Fresh hints of citrus fruit and pear.  Medium lemon yellow colour. This champagne made from 100% chardonnay is medium bodied with a fine perlage but very nice balance between acidity and silky texture, long aromatic finish.
