Grape: Pinot Noir
Subregion: Côte des Bars
Aging in wood: Yes
Soil: Kimmeridgian, Portlandian Limestones
Added S02: Yes
Tasting Notes: Aging 9 months in oak barrels and 19 months on slats. Fermented with native yeasts and spontaneous malolactic fermentation. The wine is presented in the glass with a straw yellow color with golden reflections and persistent perlage. The nose is rich and well defined, with hints of lychee, peach, red berries and hazelnut, while maintaining an elegant and very clean style. The taste is no less and reveals an energetic liquid, full-bodied and with a remarkable acidic-savory length. A little jewel, to be grabbed considering the small production.
