Tasting Notes: A refreshingly lively natural wine made from Pinot Blanc and Muskat Ottonel. Initially nutty, smoky, herbaceous and ethereal on the nose. With time, the wine opens up and shows fruity aromas of quince, pear and exotic fruits. Very lively, fresh and juicy on the palate. The Weisze Freyheit has a nice balance between profundity and lightness. Decant in advance.
