Tasting Notes: Extremely juicy wine, often compared to a lemonade. Highly aromatic on the nose, with notes of pears, peaches and tropical fruits. On the palate, it's completely dry and very quaffable. 3 days of maceration with the addition of direct pressed must. Spontaneous fermentation. No added yeast, no filtration.
