Tasting Notes: After complete fermentation, the wine was aged for seven months in Qvevri. Zurab Kviriashvili is the first generation of winemakers in the family, who bottled and exported the wine using the same technology as his ancestors. Produced in limited quantities. Medium amber. Orange, quince, spicy, and pronounced floral notes. Present acidity, peach, orange, pepper, spicy, strong tannins, complex and mineral freshness, medium-long aftertaste.
