Cuvée Rot - bergkloster - 2020

Tasting notes : In the glass, it emits aromas of dark berries and fruits, like blackberries, blackcurrant and plums. There are some vegetal and balsamic notes too, notably tobacco, wet leaves and green wood. On the palate it’s lightweight, fresh and quite acidic, with a balsamic, almost umami quality that accompanies the finish.
