At Studio Wino we have a simple goal: to offer you the best low-intervention wines from all over Europe. At Studio Wino you won’t find any industrial big production wine, which you can find at almost every local supermarket, petrol station or restaurant. We drive to make natural wine better accessible to everyone. 

We want to encourage wine drinkers to try new styles and winemaking practices and bring newcomers to their favourite natural wine. Studio Wino tries to illustrate how wine, free of chemicals and fining, should taste. At Studio Wino we strive to become the best and largest online shop for low-intervention wines.

 

SHIPPING

SHIPPING COSTS AND OPTIONS
An important point: Wine bottles are heavy - about 1.2kg per bottle - and shipping is expensive! We are proud to be an independent online store - but this also means that we have to charge shipping costs for all orders.
However, we try our best to offer you very competitive shipping prices.


Another option is that you pick up your order in our store for free. Choose the option "Pick-up" at the checkout. We will inform you as soon as your order is ready for pick-up. It usually takes a max. of 4 days. 

PLACING AN ORDER
1. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail and/or text message.*

2. Once your order leaves our warehouse or store, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or text mesage from DHL with your tracking information.

3. Now DHL offers you several options to control your delivery. You can have your delivery sent to the nearest Migros, pharmacy or gas station if you already know that you will not be home and pick it up there. Or you give permission to leave the package in front of your mailbox, front door or at your neighbor's house.

4. Please note, that the carrier will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts. After 3 delivery attempts your package will be returned to our warehouse.**


*Please make sure that your email address and phone numbre is correct, otherwise you will not receive the order and shipping confirmation emails or texts.
** If delivery is attempted 3 times without success or if you do not pick up your package at the carrier's warehouse within the specified time, the shipping fee will not be refunded to the customer.
