Tasting Notes: Aged for half a year in various wooden barrels and bottled unfiltered and unsulfured. On the nose aromas of overripe melon, some quince and meadow herbs, ripe yellow fruit with a cool touch in the background, lots of sage and some eucalyptus, great complexity. On the palate with a charming and juicy start, soft and again with yellow fruit, pineapple, yellow peach and ripe pear. A very harmonious and charming chalky gravel, even natural wine beginners need not be afraid.
Tasting Notes: Cuddling in the meadow - what a calm, mild, flattering meadow scent, bright fruit, herbs, quite dreamy, like caresses, associated with a sense of well-being, a touch of nut, and a small exciting shiver, delicate mineral, tart tones. Harmony. Also on the palate: caressing, very delicate touches, flowing movements, everything so fine, the ripe acidity, the bright light yellow, greenish fruit brushes the palate, the fresh, slightly tart, chalky tones like a cool breeze, everything so delicate, so harmonious, there is no imbalance, no urging, no demanding, this is just being, delicately touched, light creamy, and in thought, yet so light. Wonderfully coherent, light Bourgogne Aligoté, of delicate, almost creamy flow.

Tasting Notes: Spends twelve months in barriques. One of the most expressive white wines of the south of France. Flowers, citrus and minerality. Gourmet wine, present in many Michelin-starred restaurants throughout Europe. To drink at every hour, with every meal.
Tasting Notes: A few days of skin contact. Part whole bunches, part direct press. Once fermented, blended into a 500L barrel made of local oak for 2 years. Lemon, orange, honey and very elegant. Quite a juice.
Tasting Notes: This is a cloudy, aromatic white blend from Austrian wunderkind Matthias Warnung. Spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered, and minimal sulphur addition. It's fresh, but grounded by some of the grapes spending two weeks on skins. This white feels slightly reminiscent of sake, with a hint of saltiness and the usual white fruit and floral notes from the Grüner.
Tasting Notes: German Pinot Blanc that leans towards orange, but is still largely white. Mineral notes in the nose, with pears, peach and flowers. On the palate it perfectly balances between sweetness, acidity and saltiness, with a touch of umami towards the end and just enough funk to keep things interesting!
Tasting Notes: Slightly turbid, but beautifully golden yellow, this wine opens up with a blast of lemons, juicy peaches, pineapple, cider, wild herbs, white flowers and ocean breeze. On the palate it is medium bodied and quite creamy, but with a citrusy acidity and salty minerality keeping it from ever becoming dull.
Tasting Notes: Lively and spicy white wine with a mineral and saffron taste. For Leon, the vines are planted in clay-heavy soils and the grapes are usually harvested at the end of September. Direct press into 3,000L foudre for alcoholic and malolactic fermentation before racking into smaller, 440L neutral oak barrels. Jean-Baptiste concludes that this is an incredibly age-worthy white wine.
Tasting Notes: "Juste Ciel", a wine that calls for summer, fresh grilled fish, marinated supions, sea urchins, carpaccio de Saint Jacques.... In short, "La Petite Baigneuse" delivers here a wine to be enjoyed by the poolside with a Mediterranean meal thanks to its delicacy, its freshness and its notes of candied fruits. A very nice white wine to share with a nice meal.
Tasting Notes: Made from hand-picked grapes growing on biodynamically farmed vines that are partially 80+ years old. Complex and serious white wine with notes of honey, stone fruit, with a touch of petrol. On the palate well-balanced, with a zesty acidity and mineral finish.
Tasting Notes: A white wine with a slightly tiled colour, this Auxerrois seduces with its powerful and rich nose, which evokes small yellow fruits and hazelnut. The palate is quite round, both fat and lively, with a finish of popcorn and grape aromas.
Tasting Notes: Golden color, almost amber. Distinct smoky and dried fruit hints, apricot, fig and dates with a hint of almond. Savory and fresh in the mouth, with an almost oily fullness and a salty finish.
