The Essence of Slovenian Winemaking: Keltis Winery
Keltis Winery, located in the fertile hills of Bizeljsko, Slovenia, is a family-run estate with over 240 years of winemaking tradition. Established by Marijan Kelhar 30 years ago, the winery has been elevated to new heights and is now managed by his son, continuing the family's commitment to excellence.

Commitment to Biodynamic Practices
Keltis Winery is deeply rooted in biodynamic farming, using natural preparations and macerations lasting up to 8 months. This sustainable approach, combined with animal compost from their cattle, ensures the vitality of the vineyards and reflects their way of thinking and living. The winery produces up to 30,000 bottles annually from 5 hectares of vineyards, using stainless steel tanks for fresh wines and wooden barrels for longer maturation in their underground cellar.

Innovative and Unique Wines
Keltis Winery's wines are crafted with passion, understanding, patience, and hard work. Their distinctive wines, including skin-contact whites and pet-nats, have gained international acclaim. The Kelhar family's agricultural project spans 22 hectares, with 5 hectares of vines and 12 hectares of forest providing wood for their barrels. Each bottle from Keltis Winery is a testament to their dedication to quality, craftsmanship, and the natural expression of the Slovenian terroir. Experience the unique and exceptional wines of Keltis, where tradition meets innovation.
