Pink Pet - Leon Gold
A rosé pet nat from Germany, field-blended from Müller-Thurgau and Muskattrollinger grown on marl, made without added sulfur. Mild, playful and pink through and through — the wine to pour when you want a party in a glass.

Sven Leiner blends Sauvignac, Scheurebe and Silvaner from the Pfalz into a clean, no-added-sulfur pet nat grown on clay. Bright and refreshing with just enough character to keep things interesting — a reliable everyday bottle that never feels like a compromise.
Kalkspitz - Christoph Hoch
Christoph Hoch farms Grüner Veltliner, Muskateller and Zweigelt on the limestone soils of Kremstal, Austria, and turns a blend of them into this mild, chalky pet nat. One of our long-standing house favourites for a reason — easy to love, hard to put down.
Cat Nat - Christoph Hoch - 2024

Crémant Xtra Brut - Pépin
Pépin's take on Crémant d'Alsace, built around Muscat and made without added sulfur or wood. A pet-nat-style approach to Crémant — aromatic, extra dry and a little more rustic than a traditional-method fizz, in the best possible way.

A proper grower Champagne from Pierre Gerbais in the Aube, blending Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir grown on marlstone. Clean, precise and built for ageing gracefully — the bottle to reach for when the occasion calls for the real thing.
Crémant d'Alsace, Zero Dosage - Achillée - 2022
Achillée's zero-dosage Crémant d'Alsace, grown on granite and gravel with a touch of lees ageing for extra texture. Bone dry with nothing added to soften it — a serious, mineral-driven Crémant for anyone who wants their bubbles fully transparent.
