Tasting Notes: Lobster pink with beautiful opalescence. Yeast deposit clearly visible at the bottom of the bottle. The nose opens with hints of yeast and bakery and then opens up to fruity aromas of cherry, wild strawberries, white currants and rose petals, and closes with a mineral note. The taste is dry with a very delicate but persistent bubble, fresh and savoury with good persistence.
Tasting Notes: Donesco replaces "il Secondo" by Pacina. Spontaneously fermented in cement, it ages in cement and steel for 1 year before bottling. This is Pacina's easy-to-drink and immediate version of Sangiovese. Fresh, mouthwatering and gritty. An all-fruit of good acidity and alcohol with lots of juice.

Tasting Notes: Pure Joy. 100% Pugnitello. Only 400 bottles produced per year. Ancient and noble vine saved from the disappearance caused by its poor productivity. Radiant bunches as small "punches", from which the name derives, grains of an intense violet, only three four bunches per plant that give very low yields. Very few bottles, a lot of effort.This Pugnitello is vinified with a maceration of 2 days on the skins before the beginning of fermentation which is carried out spontaneously and then with another maceration of 20 days after fermentation. Aging in barrique.

Tasting Notes: Black cherry, plum, blueberry, leather, eucalyptus, rosemary and forest floor spice. The palate is layered with flavors of plum and cassis. The mouthfeel is juicy (almost a bit bloody) and full, yet animating with nicely crumbly tannins.
