Tasting Notes: Golden colour, nose of ripe stonefruits, ripe melon, some almonds, lots of butter and vanilla. On the palate the Nebbiolo comes through with a high acidity and some tannins. Dry, medium body, minerality, great length.
Tasting Notes: This is the summer red you want to always have at hand. Incredibly drinkable pure red wine. Not to over complex yet sufficient body to pair greatly with a variety of summer dishes. Whether you have this in the table at your friends dinner or in a park with your feet in the grass, this wine is a great accompaniment. This is the ultimate light bodied, natural, all day drinker.
The wine is obtained through spontaneous fermentation and using only indigenous yeasts, not clarified and unfiltered, aged in large cement vats.
