This super rare, hand-crafted sparkling wine, bottled without dosage, unveils an abundance of fruit aromas and striking minerality, delivering such an engaging palate that it is difficult to put the glass down. A remarkable wine that easily rivals the finest Champagnes, though sadly, only just over 1,000 bottles exist.
