Rose de Xinomavro - Apostolos Thymiopoulos

Tasting notes : Xinomavro is sometimes called the "Greek Pinot Noir" for its elegance. This high altitude expression of it is filled with plums, cherry and cinnamon spice, with a hint of dried tomato in the background. On the palate, it is fresh, fruit forward and mineral, with silky tannins and a long finish.
