Tasting Notes: Spends twelve months in barriques. One of the most expressive white wines of the south of France. Flowers, citrus and minerality. Gourmet wine, present in many Michelin-starred restaurants throughout Europe. To drink at every hour, with every meal.
Tasting Notes: Intense garnet red, on the nose complex notes of black cherries, raspberries and red plums as well as slight hints of blackberries, blackcurrants, mint and mineral spices, velvety soft on the palate, lively and aromas of plum, cocoa and vanilla, the tones of wood are evident, but very well balanced, elegant, fruity and mineral finish. For Haalde, the grapes are fermented together with the stems. The corresponding grapes come from 35-year-old vineyards. Haalde is a wine for Pinot fanatics!
Tasting Notes: Château Le Puy Cuvée Emilien 2018 is an elegant red wine with aromas of cassis and currants, almond notes and a hint of undergrowth. The palate is delicate, light and round. A perfect wine with silky tannins and a long and pleasantly complex finish.
Tasting Notes: The next edition of the Orange Pépin is made with Spanish grapes! A full-bodied yet fresh skin fermented Grenache Blanc from the Catalan hills, close to Barcelona. The wine is different, but the PQR remains fantastic.

Tasting Notes: Golden yellow color with greenish and amber reflections, the nose hints of pear cider, the palate is quite dry, beautiful acidic structure, scents of herbs, medium-long finish, but powerful.
Tasting Notes: A few days of skin contact. Part whole bunches, part direct press. Once fermented, blended into a 500L barrel made of local oak for 2 years. Lemon, orange, honey and very elegant. Quite a juice.

Tasting Notes: This is a cloudy, aromatic white blend from Austrian wunderkind Matthias Warnung. Spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered, and minimal sulphur addition. It's fresh, but grounded by some of the grapes spending two weeks on skins. This white feels slightly reminiscent of sake, with a hint of saltiness and the usual white fruit and floral notes from the Grüner.
Tasting Notes: A Mourvèdre made in collaboration with the Domaine des Enfants Sauvages. The nose is full of black fruit aromas and spice, with a little earth and funk underneath. On the palate it is light, juicy and easy-drinking.

Tasting Notes: This red pet nat is like a bubbly fruit juice: notes of blackcurrant, cherries, blackberries and raspberries mingle with violets and black pepper. On the palate it's clean and juicy, well balanced with juice and a refreshing acidity.
Tasting Notes: A light and fresh rosé from direct press Cabernet Sauvignon. Notes of red fruits and white flowers, with some herbaceous notes in the background. On the palate is has a refreshing acidity and mineral notes.
Tasting Notes: A light pink with orange hues in the glass. The nose is fresh, strawberry-forward, with notes of rhubarb, roses and herbs. The palate is fresh, juicy, with light bubbles and a zingy acidity that balances out a tiny amount of residual sugar.
