Bergianti società agricola terrevive

,

Bergianti is the passionate vision of Gianluca Bergianti, a former engineer who found his calling in the vineyards near Modena, Italy. Founded in 2008, Bergianti operates within the Terrevive farm, a biodynamic oasis where nature’s rhythms dictate every step. With just 16 hectares of loamy-sandy soil, Gianluca cultivates indigenous Lambrusco and other local varieties with deep respect for the earth, practicing hand-tended viticulture steeped in sustainability and harmony.

The winery itself is a marvel, nestled beneath a self-fashioned hill crowned with hazel and maple trees, a natural sanctuary offering steady coolness and silence to nurture the wines. In the cellar, fermentation unfolds gently in bespoke concrete vats, untouched by additives or industrial intervention. Bergianti’s wines reveal startling immediacy and vibrant personality—tingling with lively acidity, mineral tension, and genuine expression. They embody a raw, unfiltered poetry of the land, crafted by one of Emilia-Romagna’s most sincere and visionary producers.

Gianluca and his team are true stewards of terroir, crafting wines that are at once primal and elegant, revealing the joyful complexity of Lambrusco and beyond with every sip.
