Domaine Bonnardot

,

Domaine Bonnardot is a family-run estate in Bonnecontre, Burgundy, with winemaking roots tracing back to 1470. Under the guidance of Ludovic Bonnardot, the domaine transitioned to organic farming in 2021, emphasizing biodiversity and minimal intervention. The estate spans 21 hectares across 18 Burgundy appellations, including Santenay, Pommard, and Hautes-Côtes de Nuits. Wines are crafted with traditional methods: spontaneous fermentation, no added sulfur, and aging in oak barrels. The resulting wines are expressive and balanced, reflecting the unique terroirs of each appellation.
