Domaine Yannick Pelletier is a natural wine estate located in the Saint-Chinian AOC of the Languedoc region, founded in 2004 by Yannick Pelletier. The estate spans approximately 10 hectares, cultivating a mix of red and white grape varieties, including Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and the rare Terret Blanc and Terret Gris. The vineyards are farmed organically, with practices such as gobelet pruning and minimal intervention in the cellar. Wines are fermented with indigenous yeasts, aged in stainless steel or concrete, and bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfites. The resulting wines are expressive, pure, and reflective of the unique terroirs of Saint-Chinian.
