Tucked into the foothills of Sarmede in the Treviso hills, Masot is a family affair rooted in the teachings of grandfather Arturo. Brothers Andrea and Daniele Da Ros founded the estate in 2009, drawing on their training at the prestigious Cerletti oenology school in Conegliano and a deep respect for the land their family has farmed for generations. The name "Fiabe del Vino" – wine fairy tales – says it all: these are wines with a story to tell. Certified organic, their focus is on low-intervention winemaking and indigenous varieties, with their Colfondo Agricolo sitting at the heart of the range – a bottle-refermented, unfiltered expression of 100% Glera that revives a pre-Prosecco tradition the region had all but forgotten.
