Since 2006, Heinrich Winery has been certified biodynamic by Demeter, focusing on sustainable viticulture.
Heinrich Winery is celebrated for its innovative techniques, including the use of amphorae for fermentation and extended skin contact for white wines. These methods result in wines that are both expressive and reflective of their origins. The winery’s natural wines, such as those in the "Freyheit" series, are bottled without added sulfites, unfiltered, and unfined, capturing the pure essence of the grapes and terroir.
