Petite Arvine - Domaine de Beudon - 2022

Tasting notes : Light yellow with green tints. Nice crystalline nose, fresh: notes of green fruits, rhubarb. Very straightforward on the palate, with hints of dry bread. Salty body and tonic, precise, very slightly bitter finish. To be served with a sea bass in a salt crust or, in two or three years, with a platter of mountain cheeses.
