Pugnitello - Podere Casaccia - 2016

Tasting notes : Pure Joy. 100% Pugnitello. Only 400 bottles produced per year. Ancient and noble vine saved from the disappearance caused by its poor productivity. Radiant bunches as small "punches", from which the name derives, grains of an intense violet, only three four bunches per plant that give very low yields. Very few bottles, a lot of effort.This Pugnitello is vinified with a maceration of 2 days on the skins before the beginning of fermentation which is carried out spontaneously and then with another maceration of 20 days after fermentation. Aging in barrique.
