A subtle hint of ginger and slate-fresh lemon lifts in the background. On the palate it’s clean, dry and lightly textural—apple skin, a whisper of herbal tannin from the blackberry leaf, and a fine sparkle that carries through. Finishes with a clean, mineral-driven crispness and a faint echo of smoke-salty lemon zest.
