It is incredibly profound and complex, yet it is so lively and youthful that you would never conclude that it is so mature. The oxidative ageing can be felt discreetly, but it expresses itself more with wax, pear and spicy aromas. The structure is vibrant, salty and intense, there is dense grip and also power, plus youthful freshness and terrific tension.
