Tasting Notes: The Saperavi of Qvevri 2016 is a red wine with special fruit and flavor notes! This dry, extremely delicate red wine comes from the autochthonous grape variety Saperavi, which is grown and harvested on the Chelti rivers near the Shilda village (Kakheti) in so-called Qvevris (clay vessels). The combination of plum and black fruit together with digestible tannins makes for a real taste experience!
